Our liability is limited to the refund of the purchase amount within the 45-day guarantee period.

All purchases for report credits are to be paid for in advance. If using the Hire Success software on your internal system the software and software updates are always free and are downloadable over the internet form our site. Report credits may be installed on a individual windows PC or a Windows server which is connected to your LAN or WAN. Hire Success report credits that are purchased and installed never expire.

All Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).$1 AUD= Approx 0.55 USD October  2002. A  10% Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to all Australian Purchasers and is already quoted on our Australian purchasers secure order form..

If your computer when running our in house system (the one that holds the Hire Success report credits) hard disk crashes or computer is stolen/or damaged inoperable  you must notify us within 24 hours and you must have a backup of the system that is no older than 72 hours to restore your credits. Any deliberate tampering with the security of the report credit installation will disable all credits installed on the Hire Success Application.

If the package of report credits is to be installed on more than one system/network (these will be installed over the telephone or using MSN messenger internet messaging service) a $50 AUD  installation fee will apply  for every additional installation of credits (ie a 200 report credit package is purchased and you would like your office in Melbourne to have 100 and your office in Sydney to also have 100  which has no LAN/wan connection to the Melbourne system. A $50 AUD  fee will also apply if at any time you wish to transfer the report credits to another pc/server.

45 day full refund guarantee is limited to Hire Success Report Credits only. One refund per organisation. Any unused credits still loaded must be cancelled by one of our staff members (this can be done remotely over the phone or using MSN messenger internet messaging service).

If you purchase 50 report Hire Success system in-house   we will supply upon request an unlimited report credit code which is credits or above and  the time is based on the headcount  of your existing employees to a maximum of 14 days (Number of days at our sole discretion). This offer must be taken when you make your first purchase and is limited to one per organisation. The unlimited report credit time based license is to enable you to create a benchmark for all your job positions by testing your internal staff.
