We supply and host a free internet test page with your logo and contact details.  This allows you to administer tests anytime, anywhere and have the results immediately.

All that is required is that you purchase any package of Report Credits from Hire Success.  Our software can be downloaded from our web site and can be installed on your computer in minutes.  Report Packages start at only $1350 AUD for 50 Report Credits.  That's only $27 AUD per test, much less than comparable tests on the market today, and practically nothing compared to the average cost of a "bad hire".  Volume discounts are available to as low as $7.95 AUD per report.

Hire Success software runs on any computer running Windows™ 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 or XP.  It can be installed on a network with no cost for additional workstations.  The Credits "server" where the main Hire Success installation resides must also be running Microsoft Windows as described above.

TOOLBAR - The Hire Success Toolbar provides quick access to some of the most common functions.  From left to right, the icons provide shortcuts to:

1. Create a New Database - Applicant/Employee Test data can be stored in one or segregated into various databases.  For example, you may want to have different databases for employees and another for applicants.  You may want different databases for each job or department in your company.  There is no limit to the number of databases you create (except by hard disk capacity).
2. Open an Existing Database - Allows you to navigate and select any database easily.
3. Save Database - Although data is automatically saved, this provides added security in the event of a sudden hardware failure.
4. Run a Personality Report - With one click of the button, you are ready to begin administering a new Personality Profile or entering data on one administered through the Internet or your Intranet.
5. Publish A New Personality Report - Automatically lets you choose a saved Internet E-Mail Form text file, parses the file and does the data entry automatically, then lets you choose where on your hard drive or network you would like to "publish" the new Personality Profile.  "Publishing" a report packages all the necessary HTML and graphic files allowing you to save these files to a folder anywhere you wish, including your company Internet site.  Published Reports can be viewed by any person having access to the Published area with only a computer with an Internet Browser (like MS Internet Explorer or Netscape) installed.  No special software is required and reports can be immediately accessible by Managers virtually anywhere in the world!

DEVELOPING "BASELINE" FILES - Hire Success allows you to develop "Baseline" files representing the desired strengths and ranges for each Personality Type and all 20 Trait Scales.  Baseline files can be created or edited manually by entering the desired data or the Hire Success will create them automatically when you select Names from the Database that represent the people whom you wish to profile the Baseline.  These are normally the best and most successful people in a particular job.  

The system calculates the statistical range +/- one standard deviation above and below the "median" value represented by the test sample you chose.  Once automatically created, you can edit any value in the file to further refine the file to your own specifications.

VIEWING, PUBLISHING  & 
PRINTING REPORTS - All Reports generated by the Hire Success system are in standard HyperText Markup Language (HTML) format, the same format as the page you are now viewing.  This provides you with the Maximum Flexibility in viewing, printing and publishing Hire Success reports.

VIEWING REPORTS - By default, each report will be viewed in your Internet Browser.  All versions of Microsoft Windows™ 95, 98, ME, NT and 2000 come with Microsoft Internet Explorer.  Any other HTML Browser you may have installed as your default Browser will work just as well for viewing and printing reports.  Reports are in Full Color and allow for Embedded Internet Links for Interactivity!

For example, clicking the Bar Chart on the Summary Report (at right) takes the User to a special place on the Hire Success Web Site explaining Bar Charts.  Click the Bar Chart on the Report Icon on the right for an example.  Only Hire Success provides this State-of-the-Art Report Technology!

PRINTING REPORTS - Once a report is visible in your Browser, simply use the Print functions of your Browser to print a full color report to any Printer available on your computer!  Hire Success Reports provide a professional looking report easily and quickly!
